Molding machines:  (5) total

 

1)      Ferry 280 – 4 arms (3 S/A, 1 O/A)

2)      (Idle/inoperable) Ferry 220 – 3 S/A – hoping for new are retro fix.

3)      Ferry 330 – 3 straight arms – 100% Checkers machine

4)      Ferry 330 – 3 arms (variable – 2 S/A, 2 O/A available based on work load)

5)      Ferry 220 – 3 arms (2 S/A, 1 O/A)

 

Material Storage and Flow:

 

1)      2 x silos – used strictly for LLDPE – Exxon 8555

2)      All HDPE (Exxon 8460) in bulk gaylords

3)      All X-Link (Natural, Black, Red, Yellow) in bulk gaylords

4)      2 x dry blend mixers – 500 or 1,000 lbs lots – plumbed to silos if required.

 

 

Secondary Product Flow:

 

1)      1 x Motion Master 5 axis router CNC machine

2)      2 x secondary trimming/sub assembly stations

3)      1 x Final Line for final detailing and packaging

4)      2 x operational loading docks for shipping
